    I just made your recipe. Looks great. To remove the bubbles try using a blow torch. Like a crème brûlée blow torch.

      You can place it straight into the fridge. I usually wait until it reaches room temperature so that it doesn’t use up too much energy for my fridge.

    Hello! I made this yesterday but the second layer didn’t separate into 2. Do you think it’s because I used coconut cream instead of coconut milk? I didn’t have coconut milk at home and only a can of coconut cream.

      Yes it was. I put it in the freezer for 30 mins to speed chill it and then moved it to the fridge for another 10 mins.

      @Aegyogirl69 then in that case the coconut cream is slightly more dense. So when you cook it just bring it to a boil for about 10-20 seconds. It should separate to 2 layers

    Hi Ruyi, as I cannot get agar agar powder here only got agar agar strip. Can I blender the strip use as powder?

      Hello 👋 don’t need to blend. Measure the same weight of agar-agar strip as the powder, then place in the pot and boil , just like the agar-agar powder. It might just take longer.

    I have some blue pea flour powder at home. Should I just play around with it to find the right ratio to substitute for instead of the flowers? Have you ever tried the powder?

      Hello 👋 yes I also use powder sometimes. You can dilute 1 teaspoon powder with 30 ml hot water. Then slowly add into the jelly liquid until you get the colour you like.
